I just registered the HP intant ink but when i checked out the printer there is only HP envy 7100 series but my printer ia a HP 7155 series what should i do are they the same? Help

The series means that it covers several models, you are fine 7100 series will cover your Envy 7155.

Envy 7100 series cover 7120, 7155 and 7164 the differenced between printers in the same series is probably only in colour.
