HP Recommended

I for the life of me can't find a way to get or contact support for Poly / Polycom devices.

 

I have a Poly /Polycom OBi300 and it continues to give a "there is no call route to complete your call" when doing the initial **5 setup.  Where do I get help?  Or is this really a end of life device that I should send back?
