min printer vil ikke udskrive og blinker rød som betyder den har en error men hvordan finder jeg ud af hvilken fejl det er ????

Hello 

my Hp sprocket printer 100 is blinking red and I know that’s mean an error code but I don’t now what code it is. 
my printer can’t print out even though it is blinking  white like it should when it’s about to print a foto and it doesn’t help if I try to replace the foto papier in the printer with some new fotopapir 

after some time I get a messeage in the app that’s connected to the printer and it says that is a system fail and I need to reset the printer But when I reset the printer then nothing happen and I still can’t print out fotos 

so I really don’t know what to do???
