Hp sprocket studio

I just turned on my sprocket studio printer and it said that I need to replace the cartridge while I only printed 1 photo. After taking it out and putting it back in like 10 times, I gave up and put in a new cartridge again and it's giving me the red light all the time. What am I supposed to do? The first cartridge is not usable anymore, because the printer broke the paper in the cartridge. I have no idea how to fix this and I think this is waste of money.

Hi @Rushline,

I'd like to help!

The printer is in an error state. Disconnect the power cord or power bank from the printer, and then wait 30 seconds.

NOTE:

A reset does not clear any personalized settings, such as custom names or colors.

Disconnecting the power cord

You may refer to-Blinking or Solid Red Status Indicator Light

If the issue persists, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your printer

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
