Hp sprocket

I went to print on my hp sprocket tonight and nothing happened. There is no sound when I turn it on, it won't print, it have issues with connceting to my phone and it just doesn't do anything.

I have reset the sprocket. I have uninstalled the app then restalled it. I have turned my phone off and pack on again. Nothing works. And when I go to update the Firmware it will not send it through to the printer. The printer just stands there and the white light flashes. I have been on this for 5 hours now and nothing works.

I am about to throw the printer into the wall out of frustration right now so I really hope that someone knows something. Please.

Best,

Lene.

Sprocket doesn't work with the iOS 11.2 (currently the latest version). Version below 11.2 may experience glitches as well (connection loss, photos get queued several times and etc...).

For iOS users device won't stop blinking upon phto send operation and upon firmware upgrade.

Some people with Android 7 also experienced the same problems.

So far there is no response from HP about the issue, as well as no estimation date for the fix.
