I can't turn on my Hp sprocket, is charged but when I try to turn on the white light last a few seconds and turns down again, I tried a couple of times but is always the same.  I also tried the reseting but didn't work.

@forumname123

Thank you for posting on HP Forums,

The Riddle_Decipher is at your service.

I understand your HP Sprocket isn't powering on anymore,

I'll be glad to help you out, however, for an accurate solution I will need more details:

What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: https://hp.care/2rSuDJS;

(Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...) - Provide this for faster responses in the future.

That said, Did you reset the printer using the below steps?

  1. Turn on the printer.
  2. Locate the reset button near the charging port.

    Figure : Locating the reset button

    Locating the reset button
  3. Gently insert the straight pin into the reset button access point, and then press the reset button for 3 seconds.

    The printer resets and turns off.

  4. Turn on the printer.

 If yes, and the printer still doesn't turn on, after a full charge, I'm afraid it may require a repair or a replacement as this is a hardware malfunction:

HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link:

* Open link:  https://hp.care/2moMFSc

* Enter Product number or select to auto detect

* Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"

* Scroll down and click on HP contact options - click on Get a Case & phone number.

They will be happy to assist you immediately.

If the unit is under warranty repair services under the manufacturer's warranty will be free of charge.

If you would like to thank me for my efforts to help you,

feel free to give me a virtual high-five by clicking the 'Thumbs Up' icon below,

Followed by clicking on the "Accept as solution".

Have a great day!
