Product: Sprocket 2 in 1
Operating System: iOS 10 - 10.3.3

I have a new Sprocket 2-1, When I try to print I get "Paper Feed Error" message

Resetting HP Sprocket and cleaning the paper path rollers may resolve the issue. You may use step 3 from this document to clean the paper path rollers, if issue persist, use step 4 from this document and reset HP Sprocket.
