my sprocket isnt connecting to my phone and i cant seem to find it in my bluetooth settings. i have done everything that the hp help has told me to do and still nothing. please help me resolve this issue.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I understand you are not able to connect the sprocket to your phone. I'd be happy to assist you.

  • Which model sprocket are you using?
  • Are you using an Android or an iPhone?

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue.
