Jam - unknown serial number

I have an HP Sprocket printer and I've had two printer cartridges jam and when trying to clear the jam unspooled and made them unusable.  The third one worked but I'd like to try to get a refund/replacement for the two that unspooled.  When trying to contact support it is not recognizing the serial numbers for either the printer or the two cartridges.  Is there a way to contact support by phone?
