I bought a new Sprocket 100. I went iPhone Photo album and printed one photo. It cropped much of the photo out. I want the whole photo not omitting the outer edge.
How to right size the photo and therefore get the whole image printed?

If the battery charge is 24% or lower, charge the battery for at least 30 minutes, and then continue with these steps.
6. In Printer Settings, look for a firmware upgrade.
