My cartridges keep getting stuck.  I've gone thru 5 in a row and it hasn't printed a single photo.  I've wasted $70 in cartridges and have multiple packs of photos that I can't even use.  What do I need to do to fix this problem?

To understand the issue and help you, please share the details listed below:

 

- Exact model number/product number(SKU number) of your HP Product (Click herefor information on how to find the model number/product number).

- Error messages or Blinking lights (if any) on the unit.

- May I know which application you are using to print?

- When was the last time your printer was working fine?

- Were there any changes made to your printer recently?

- May I know which devices are you using to print eg: Windows PC, Mac, or Smartphone (Android or iPhone)?

 

Note: Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

- Error messages or Blinking lights (if any) on the unit.  IT BLINKS AND GIVES AN ERROR MESSAGE WHEN THE CARTRIDGES WERE STUCK

- May I know which application you are using to print?  THE SPROCKET APP ON AN ANDROID

- When was the last time your printer was working fine? A COUPLE MONTHS AGO

- Were there any changes made to your printer recently? NO

- May I know which devices are you using to print eg: Windows PC, Mac, or Smartphone (Android or iPhone)?  ANDROID SMARTPHONE

I see that there is an issue with the printer hardware and may need replacement.
