@Abc263, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

If your HP Sprocket printer is not connecting to your phone, here are some steps you can follow to resolve the issue:

Reset the Sprocket:

  • Remove the Paper Cover.
  • Locate the reset button (a small button near the Paper Tray).
  • Press and hold the button until the printer turns off. Then, restart the device.

Ensure Bluetooth is Enabled:

  • Make sure Bluetooth is turned on both on your phone and the Sprocket.

Update the Printer Firmware:

  • Ensure your mobile device is connected to the internet.
  • Open the HP Sprocket app and check for any firmware updates. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete any updates.

Re-pair the Devices:

  • Open the HP Sprocket app on your mobile device.
  • Remove or forget the printer from the Bluetooth paired devices list and pair it again.

Check Paper and Device Status:

  • Ensure the device has photo paper loaded correctly.
  • Make sure your printer is not displaying any error lights, and check battery status.

Keep Devices Close:

  • Move your printer and mobile device closer together to ensure a strong Bluetooth connection.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
