First, the sprocket turns off mid print. After sending the photo from my phone to the printer, it will begin to print and then just shut off. When I turn the printer back on the job continues but the rest of the photo is white.
It does this if it is plugged in or not. It is fully charged and I have changed the auto shut off time.
I have tried everything to fix this: reset the printer, my phone, reinstalled the app, reconnected, tried from different devices...
however it stays on when printing blank inserts and the conditioning barcode
also I’m using an iPhone, please help

Hi @FaithT05
Welcome to the HP support community.
I understand that you are facing an issue with your printer, I am glad to assist you today.
If your HP Sprocket turns off or stops printing mid-print, you can try these steps:
- Check the battery: The Sprocket should be able to connect while the battery is low, but a fully-charged battery will help it function better. You can use the HP Sprocket app to check the battery level. If the battery is low, you can try charging it for about 30 minutes.
- Check the Auto Off setting: You can adjust the Auto Off setting in the HP Sprocket app.
- Perform a hardware reset: To reset the printer, you can remove the paper cover and press and hold the small button near the paper tray until the printer turns off. The printer will then automatically restart
I hope this helps! Keep me posted.
