Hey, so I own a sprocket 200 printer. I was trying to clean out the roller when I put the sticky side of the paper the wrong way so now it’s stuck on the roller. Anytime I try to print something the paper will not go through. Please help

Hi @Tsimur,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like you have a paper jam issue with your Sprocket 200 printer. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you resolve it.
- Turn Off the Printer: Start by turning off the printer and unplugging it to ensure safety while you work on it.
- Open the Printer: Carefully open the printer to access the roller where the paper is stuck.
- Remove the Paper: Gently try to pull out the stuck paper. Be cautious not to tear the paper as you remove it. If the paper is stuck tightly, use tweezers or small pliers to carefully pull it out.
- Check for Residue: Once the paper is removed, check the roller for any adhesive residue from the sticky paper. Use a soft, lint-free cloth slightly dampened with water or isopropyl alcohol to clean the roller.
- Inspect for Damage: Ensure that no parts of the roller or other components are damaged or out of alignment.
- Reload Paper: Reload a new, clean set of paper into the printer, ensuring it's correctly oriented and not sticky or damaged.
- Power On and Test: Plug the printer back in, turn it on, and try printing a test page to make sure it's functioning correctly.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
