Product: HP Sprocket Photo Printer
Operating System: Android 4.1 and older

My printer refuses to connect to my smart lock as a trusted device. My Bluetooth is on and the printer is nearby but it still won't connect.

Hi!
The same thing happened to me and they couldn’t resolve it. They ended up replacing my sprocket.
Good luck and *please* post the solution when you do get it resolved. It’ll help all of us!
