The pictures come out with a pink hue and the contrast doesn’t seem quite right. The paper is the one that came with the printer and has been stored properly. The printer was just taken out of the package and all six photos I have printed so far (with sufficient battery and time to cool down) have this problem. I have done a factory reset and downloaded the recommended firmware update as well as reconnected the Bluetooth and run the blue paper through the printer again. Nothing is helping. I have an iPhone 12 with the latest iOS and the problem persists regardless if I have edited the photos or not. Do I need to ask for a hardware replacement from the vendor or is there another way to solve this?

Hi @AnnAurora,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to assist you.

I see that there is an issue with the printer hardware and may need replacement.

The support here is limited and this issue might require one-on-one interaction to fix it.
