Re: HP Sprocket flashing red and green lights when plugged in. Won’t turn on otherwise.

Wasted time and energy and no resolution, no help. Gave up on HP.

Hi, the same message that HP sent you below is the SAME EXACT message I continually received but no one ever contacted me. I junked the HP Sprocket and purchased a Canon Selphy a couple of weeks ago.  It is the BEST PURCHASE yet.  I can’t believe I wasted time with HP!
