@Coquis64, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP Sprocket printer is not charging or turning on, here are some steps you can try, including how to reset it:

How to Reset the HP Sprocket

  1. Remove the paper cover from the top of the printer.
  2. Locate the reset button – it's usually a small pinhole either:
    • Under the paper cover, or
    • Near the charging port (depending on the model).
  3. Use a paperclip or pen tip to press and hold the reset button for 3–5 seconds.
  4. The printer should power off and reset.

Charging Troubleshooting

If the Sprocket is not taking a charge:

  • Use a different USB cable and charger to rule out a faulty cable.
  • Check the charging port for dust or damage.
  • When plugged in, the LED indicator should light up (usually red or white depending on charge status).
  • Leave it connected for at least 30 minutes before trying to power it on again.

If it still doesn't work, please visit the nearest HP authorized service center, the service team will check and assist you.
Kindly follow this link to locate the nearest HP service center: HP® Service Center Locator - United States | HP® Support

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
