HP Recommended

I am trying to register my Sprocket 200 but the serial number is considered invalid. I’ve even tried replacing the 0’s for O’s just in case I was misreading them, but that doesn’t work either. I have copied the serial number exactly from my app where the device is connected, but that doesn’t work either. Who can I contact to get my device registered?

HP Recommended

The HP Sprocket 200 was introduced in October 2018.  At this point I would expect it is well beyond its warranty coverage period.
