Setup problem

I can’t link up the printer with the app, my blueblooth successfully pair but In the app when I manage printer and add printer, it said there are problem with setup

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:  

  • Step 1: Turn on the Sprocket and check battery status.
  • Step 2: Make sure the Sprocket has photo paper in the input tray.
  • Step 3: Confirm mobile device settings
  • Step 4: Reset your mobile device and Sprocket
  • Step 5: Upgrade the Sprocket firmware.
  • Step 6: Contact HP Customer Support.
