I have the sprocket 2in1. it shows up on my list of Bluetooth devices and it connected earlier today. But I hadn’t used it in a long time so the app needed updating. Once I updated the app, the device no longer connected to my phone so I can’t use it to print photos. I have tried turning off and on both devices deleting and re-downloading the app, making sure the sprocket was fully charged..
