Sprocket 200

Every picture I print comes out with a blue tint to it and looks terrible. I did the firmware update and it still prints with the blue. How can I fixe this?

I also have the same issue. I have already tried all the steps linked above and the photos are still printing with a blue hue and washing out the color of the people in the photos.

If you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - Improving Print Quality, and the issue persists, try resetting the printer:

  1. Make sure the printer is on.

  2. Remove the paper cover.

    Opening the paper cover

  3. Locate the Reset button.

  4. With a paperclip or pin, press and hold the Reset button until the Charging Indicator light turns off.

    The printer resets and turns off.

  5. Replace the paper cover, and then turn on the printer.

  6. Try printing to check the print quality.

If the issue persists, this could be a hardware issue, please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
