Sprocket 200 wont turn on nor reset after firmware update

Sprocket 200 wont turn on nor reset after firmware update. Also plugged in overnight. No light while on. Was printing fine prior to update.

Try performing a hard reset by holding the power button for 10–15 seconds, then releasing it and turning the device back on. 

Ensure it charges for at least two hours using the original cable; if no red light appears, try a different adapter or outlet.
