Hello,
I have a sprocket select that does not hold a charge at all. I have to plug in the sprocket just for it to turn on, it shows the battery at 100% in the app and then when I go to print, the battery instantly shows 0% and does not print anything. Is there a way to fix this or get a battery replacement somewhere?
I've searched online and all over the forums for multiple days but was not able to find anything helpful. I reached out to the 'new' support team that was mentioned in another post about a month ago but have not gotten a reply. I even bought a battery that someone said was compatible with the sprocket 200 but it did not work with my sprocket select. Any help would be appreciated.
