I recently purchased a Sprocket Select and have not been able to print anything from it so far.

All attempts have had blank prints come out. I have tried following steps to reset the printer as found in other forum replies, factory reset, restarting my phone and have even tried loading a new pack of photo paper, none of which have worked.

 

Has anyone had the same issue and been able to resolve successfully?

Welcome to the HP Community Forum.

 

The Sprocket line was moved to its own Support portal.

 

It does seem USA-centric -- there is an email with the submission menu to contact Support -- I would guess this might work if the straight submission of your request does not do so.
