Hi @Curt711,
Thank you for your reply
HP Sprocket Studio printer is consistently giving paper feed errors despite trying a factory reset, updating the firmware, using new photo paper and cartridges, and checking for obvious jams, here are a few additional steps you can try:
- Check Paper Alignment: Ensure that the photo paper is properly aligned and loaded in the paper tray. The paper should be aligned with the paper guides and not exceed the maximum paper capacity.
- Inspect Paper Tray: Make sure the paper tray is correctly inserted and that there are no obstructions. Sometimes, even small misalignments can cause feed issues.
- Clean the Feed Rollers: Dust or debris on the feed rollers can cause paper feed errors. Gently clean the rollers with a lint-free cloth slightly dampened with water. Avoid using any cleaning agents or excessive moisture.
- Verify Paper Type and Size: Ensure you are using the correct type and size of paper for your Sprocket Studio printer. Using non-compatible paper can lead to feed errors.
- Update Printer App: Make sure the HP Sprocket app on your iOS device is updated to the latest version. An outdated app may cause issues with printer communication.
- Reboot Printer and iOS Device: Power cycle both the printer and your iOS device. Sometimes, a fresh restart can resolve communication and feed issues.
- Check for Firmware Updates: Even if you believe you've updated to the latest firmware, double-check the HP website or the HP Smart app for any newer updates that may have been released. Update the firmware on an HP printer
- Test Different Paper Packs: Try a different pack of photo paper to rule out the possibility of defective paper.

I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
