Sprocket color adjustment

Same problem here. The new update has no effect on the printing results.
The photo I printed was shot by Nikon D500 and downsized to 2MB for mobile purposes.
The colors are also enriched via editing with Lightroom and saved in sRBG scale.
Unfortunately the print-out is way too different feom the original.
I can send the picture and print-out results if it helps for improval.
I'm afraid. Till then the results will not be nice as your samples used at the selling points. Urgent help please.

If the issue still persists, you may contact HP Technical Phone Support at this link: http://hp.care/2r9wSvP
Select the country where you are located and type the product# or the serial number of the unit and then choose the 'Contact Support' tab at the top and scroll down to the bottom of the 'HP Support- Contact' page to fill out the form provided with your contact information. Click on 'Show Options' icon and then scroll down the page and select 'Get Phone Number' to get the phone number.

Hello again, 

 

I did everything as mentioned but nothing has changed. 

The colors of the images are still poor. 

Moreover I needed to consume 8 of the papers given with the product  by giving trial and I am about to run out of the paper pack. 

 

The over-all image is nothing close to the ones that has been advertised. 

Do you think there is a way to improve it?
