Sprocket
Other

Hi, all. Hope you can help.   I love my Sprocket and am able to sync it to my iPhone, but not to my iPad.   Every time I attempt to sync the error message is:

pairing unsuccessful

HP Sprocket (26:3D) is not supported.

Any suggestions on why this is occurring?  Is it truly not Supported?

Thanks for any insight!

H,,

what iOS version do you have on your iPad?

do you make sure to UnPair the printer from your iPhone first or turn off its Bluetooth prior trying to pair it with your iPad?

Hello,

Please check the printer specifications and supported mobile operating systems in the link :

Also make sure you disconnect your iphone from sprocket before connecting it to ipad.

Hope this helps.
