Sprocket is not connected via BT on Android 7.0

HP Recommended
Other
Hi, my sprocket does not connect to android 7.0 (Samsung galaxy j7) or any other android phone. I just could pair the printer but couldn't connect it via BT. I followed all previous responses about this issue (reset the printer, re-installing the s/w, firmware update, restarting the phone, etc). Non of them resolved the issue. Since I bought it I could print only 1 pictures only, and I do not know what I've done then to make it work. After that I upgraded the firmware to 1.1.5 (H/W VERSION 5), but still it won't connect. Can someone please help?

I managed to fix the problem. I connected the device with an older android 6 phone, printed a photo and then it connected to other phone. I believe the connection to an older phone was some kind of soft reset.
