Product: Sprcket primter
Operating System: iOS 12 - 12.0.1

The sprocket won’t print automatically from iPhone. 

I downloaded the app and  connected my phone via Bluetooth but when I choose a photo via the app    it just puts it  in the print que and never prints no matter how many pictures are que’d.

Most of the Sprocket printing issues can be resolved resetting the Sprocket and upgrading the Sprocket firmware. Try steps 3,4 and 5 from this document.
