Operating System: Android 9.0 Pie

My sprocket is only printing blank sheet. It never worked. How to fix it ? Is it broken should I send it back to vendor ?

I am having the same issue on Sprocket Select that I have recently purchased. I have tried following reset steps found on other forum posts and have had no luck.

I even tried a different pack of paper with resolution.

 

Any replies will be greatly appreciated.
