I've printed an image this morning which is a white piece of paper with a printed message on and two bars of chocolate on top. The Sprocket is printing it with a horrible pink / purple hue. I've tried a different paper pack, reset the Sprocket and done a firmware update but the issue remains. I know the quality of printing isn't as good as a laser printer but the quality is absolutely awful and therefore completely unusable. I've wasted 5 of the very expensive photo papers and I got the starter pack so the product was expensive. 

 

Is the product defective or is this a common issue? I'm not happy with the item and I feel like sending it back to Amazon but I don't want to get a replacement and discover the same problem.
