Sprocket select printing blue and with lines obstructing original image and over all POOR QUALITY!

ive attached a screen shot of my printer settings.

printer is printing with annoying blue tint EVERYTIME. Wasted $ on zink paper and still no change in the terrible quality in prints. Is there a fix for this or must i return device? Bc so far it’s been a money pit.
