Product: Sprocket 200

My sprocket 200 no longer charges or turns on. Have tried both hard and factory reset. Then tried to contact support but serial number not accepted. Please help.

I see you are experiencing no power issues with the HP Sprocket Printer and not able to register using the serial number.  

 

As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. I would request you to contact our HP Support Engineers and should be able to sort this out.
