Sprocket wont print, tried all the methods that were given such as restarting and still doesn't work.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

To assist you better, which device are you using to print?

Which model HP Sprocket are you using?

Refer to this document to find out the right model.

Have you tried updating the sprocket app and check for firmware updates?

 

Keep me posted for further assistance.
