Sprocket 200

I had my sprocket for at least for 5-6 days now and it’s not charging. Can someone tell me what to do??

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:  

  • Step 1: Let the printer cool. The battery might not charge if it is too warm, above 40º C (104º F). ...
  • Step 2: Charge the printer. The battery might not have enough power to turn on. ...
  • Step 3: Reset the printer. ...
  • Step 4: Service the printer.
