I have a sprocket printer 200 and it has a steady red light when i turn it off. It does not go away.

It is charge and i tried to reset it and is still the same.

what should i do?

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP Sprocket 200. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

If the red light is steady that indicates the printer needs to cool down.
