Could be the WiFi Drop-out issue I have been experiencing updating from Win8.1 to Win10...corrected itself with the Install of Win10....version 1511.
After 1511 was installed Updated to Win10...again...and its been a week and WiFi has been fine.

Even though this is an old post, I just ressurected my HP Stream 7 and had the wifi drop consistenly within 5 minutes. I went to http://www.driverscape.com/download/realtek-rtl8723bs-wireless-lan-802.11n-sdio-network-adapter
and got that driver and boom, all good.
Just FYI
