Hello! I have a Sprocket printer (2 x 3)

Every photo I try to print are sent in queue and then only the blue card is "printing" but the photos seems to be blocked and never print.

I have tried the factory reset even hard reset, removed the app, forget the device from my bluetooth and reconnected it. I checked the paper, restarted my phone, tried all

Any have a solution, please

Hello @Nimrahsss, Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding the HP Sprocket printer.

We appreciate the opportunity to assist you and are glad we could help work toward a resolution. We hope our support has been valuable.

Since you've already performed a factory reset, re-paired the printer, reinstalled the HP Sprocket app, checked the paper, and restarted your phone, let's try a few additional checks.

  1. Remove all photo paper from the Sprocket and make sure there are no partially fed sheets or paper obstructions inside the printer.
  2. Reinsert the paper stack with the blue Smartsheet at the bottom of the stack, barcode facing down.
  3. Charge the Sprocket fully and test again. Low battery levels can sometimes cause print jobs to stall.
  4. Open the HP Sprocket app and check whether the printer firmware is up to date.
  5. Try printing the Sprocket's built-in test page:
    • Turn the printer on.
    • Press and hold the Power button until the printer begins printing a diagnostic/test page.
  6. If possible, test with a different pack of genuine HP ZINK photo paper to rule out a paper-related issue.

Take care and have an amazing day!

I'm an HP Employee.
