Product: HP sprocket

I have a connection. It’s ready to print but thinks there’s no paper. I’ve re-loaded several times.  Even re-entered the blue sheet, which went thru once, but won’t go now.

what’s wrong?

Make sure the paper is flat.  It may curl up a bit at the edges which can cause it to fail to feed properly, causing the printer to think there is no paper.  If the paper is not flat it may help to gently roll the paper in the opposite direction to remove the curl.
