Hi @DEB7131,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I understand you've already tried the recommended troubleshooting steps, and your HP Sprocket 200 is still showing an "Unresponsive" error. Let's go through a few additional checks that often help isolate this issue.

  1. Reset the HP Sprocket
    • Turn the Sprocket on.
    • Locate the small Reset button near the charging port.
    • Using a paperclip or SIM eject tool, gently press and hold the Reset button for about 3 seconds.
    • Allow the printer to restart completely.

  2. Charge the Printer
    • Connect the Sprocket to the original USB charging cable and allow it to charge for at least 30–60 minutes.
    • A low battery can sometimes cause the printer to become unresponsive.

  3. Reconnect the Printer
    • On your mobile device, turn Bluetooth off and back on.
    • Remove (Forget) the Sprocket from the Bluetooth paired devices list.
    • Open the HP App, add the printer again, and complete the pairing process.

  4. Check the LED Status
    • Please let me know the color and behavior of the LED on the Sprocket.
    • Is it solid, blinking, or completely off? This can help determine whether the issue is related to power, connectivity, or the printer itself.

  5. Inspect the Paper Path
    • Remove the photo paper and ensure there are no paper jams or obstructions inside the printer.
    • Reload the paper with the blue HP ZINK Smart Sheet placed at the bottom of the stack, barcode facing down.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!

I'm an HP Employee.
