Product: HP Sprocket 200 Bundle Media Printer

So I've had this for a couple years and just recently Rembered I had it, I never had any issues with it when I used it and it always worked great but it got put away in storage and I just recently got it out, it wasn't damaged or wet or anything but it doesn't turn on so I assumed its dead but when I plug it in it blinks red and Almost makes a bus or clatter sound and acts like it's charging but no matter how long I charge it doesn't charge even trying different cords. Not sure why or what the issue could be I dos try reseting it didn't help.
