Hello! This is my second time using my sprocket and this time it seems that my light is flashing blue. And this is not the colour I picked so I am very confused. It is also not letting me print.the app just says that the printing que is paused

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
