Hi,
Thank You for contacting HP.
As I see you are unable to connect the IOS device to the sprocket printer, I will help you with the same.
Which App are you using? Use the HP Sprocket App.
What is the OS version on the IOS Device? Update the OS Version to the latest software.
Uninstall the HP Sprocket App,
Disable the Location Service on the IOS Device.
If the printer is connected to other mobile device then disconnect from that.
Disable Bluetooth on the Device.
Go to the bluetooth section and remove the device from the list of paired devices.
Update the IOS Device to the latest version.
Then pair the Sprocket with the device via bluetooth.
Install the latest HP Sprocket App.
Connect the printer,
Try to print and check.
If you need further assistance then please reply to this post with the below information.
What is the IOS Device you are using?
What is the OS version on the IOS Device?
Was the printer connected to any other Mobile Device?
Although I am an HP employee, I am speaking for myself and not for HP.
