I HAVE NEVER HAD PROBLEMS CONNECTING OR PRINTING FROM MY IPHONE TO THE SPROCKET. NOW IT SHOWS I AM CONNECTED VIA BLUETOOTH, BUT IN THE SPROCKET APP, IT IS CONSTANTLY SEARCHING FOR A PRINTER AND IS NOT FINDING MY DEVICE. THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP! THANK YOU!
I had this exact same problem today. I ended up deleting the Sprocket app from my iPhone and redownloading it. When I opened the app, it asked me to set up the printer and by following the prompts, I fixed this issue. Good luck!
Can you update your app to the latest version available on the app store. If you still continue facing issues connecting your device to your sprocket printer, then please uninstall and reinstall your app.I hope this helps.
