Product: HP M34d WQHD Curved Monitor

I 've installed the new (old) monitor ... but I'm not able to activate the 2 USB- and the one C- connections.... The ultrawide HP monitor ist connected to the notebook by HDMI.

 

In the meantime I was able to solve the problem: I connected the monitor to the notebook with an additional printer cable... Now the USB ports of the monitor are also active!
