 Have recently purchased an HP Prime graphing calculator.  I have also downloaded the latest version of the HP connectivity kit.  However, after installing it on my MAC, the calculator does not show up in the App.  It states 'no calculator connected'.  I have also tried to enter "startup" mode by holding the SYMB button while pressing the reset button on the back.
