Hi @Robbyj9917

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query.

I understand that you are unable to use the WiFi. However I would request you to please follow the belows steps

HP laptop keyboard is not working, there are several generic troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve the issue:

Restart Your Computer:

Sometimes a simple restart can resolve hardware conflicts or temporary issues.

Check for Physical Damage:

  • Inspect the keyboard for any visible physical damage or debris that might obstruct key movements.

Reconnect or Test with an External Keyboard:

  • If possible, connect an external keyboard via USB to check if the issue is specific to the built-in keyboard.
  • This can also help you continue work while troubleshooting further.

Update or Reinstall the Keyboard Driver:

  • Go to Device Manager (press Win+X and select Device Manager).
  • Expand the "Keyboards" section.
  • Right-click on your keyboard driver and select "Update driver." Choose "Search automatically for updated driver software."
  • If the problem persists, try uninstalling the driver and restarting your laptop to let Windows reinstall it automatically.

Check Keyboard Settings:

  • Ensure that the correct keyboard layout is selected.
  • In Windows, go to Settings > Time & language > Language, and check the input method.

Adjust Power Settings:

  • Sometimes power settings affect the functionality of keyboard and USB ports.
  • Go to Power Options in the Control Panel, check the settings under "Change advanced power settings," and ensure the keyboard is set to maximum performance

Run Windows Troubleshooter

  • In the Windows search bar, type "Troubleshoot" and open the Troubleshoot settings.
  • Run the troubleshooter specifically for keyboard issues.

Perform a System Restore:

  • If the issue started after a recent update or software installation, you can perform a system restore to revert the changes.

Check for BIOS Updated

Reset the Keyboard:

Turn off the laptop and wait a few minutes.

  • Power it back on and try using the keyboard again.

Take care and have an amazing day!
