My phone won't connect to my sprocket studio. I've rebooted phone, rebooted sprocket,  reset sprocket, uninstalled app, unpaired device, and it still won't connect. I've used these devices together as recent as last week.

Hi @Teresa_in_Texas,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I understand your Galaxy S23 isn’t connecting to your Sprocket Studio even after rebooting, resetting, and reinstalling the app. Let’s go through a few steps to check what could be causing this.

a. Verify Bluetooth and Location Settings

On your Galaxy S23, go to Settings → Connections → Bluetooth, and make sure Bluetooth is turned ON.

Also, turn ON Location Services (GPS) — the Sprocket app requires it for pairing.

Forget the Sprocket device if it’s listed under paired devices.

b. Reset Bluetooth Cache

Go to Settings → Apps → Bluetooth → Storage → Clear Cache and Clear Data.

Restart your phone after clearing the cache.

c. Reset the Sprocket Studio

Turn off the Sprocket Studio.

Press and hold the Power button for 7 seconds until the device restarts.

Wait until the LED light turns solid white before attempting to pair again.

d. Reinstall the HP Sprocket App

Uninstall the HP Sprocket app from your phone.

Reboot your phone and reinstall the app from the Google Play Store.

Open the app and sign in with your HP account.

e. Pair Through the Sprocket App (Not Bluetooth Settings)

Open the HP Sprocket app → Tap Menu (☰) → Add New Printer.

Choose Sprocket Studio, then follow the on-screen pairing instructions.

When prompted, allow all permissions (Bluetooth, Location, Nearby Devices).

I hope this helps.
