Hi @Vulcan02,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your HP Sprocket Studio consistently reports a paper jam despite the paper moving slightly and no visible obstruction, here are some troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue:
1. Check the Paper Tray
- Ensure the paper is properly loaded in the tray. Adjust the guides to align snugly with the paper.
- Use only HP Sprocket Studio Photo Paper, as other paper types may cause feeding issues.
- Verify that the glossy side of the paper is facing up.
2. Inspect the Printer for Obstructions
- Turn off the printer and disconnect it from power.
- Open the paper tray and inspect for any debris, torn paper, or blockages.
- Use a flashlight to carefully examine the rollers inside the printer.
3. Clean the Rollers
- Dust or residue on the rollers can cause paper jams.
- Dampen a lint-free cloth with water and gently clean the rollers.
- Rotate the rollers manually (if possible) to ensure thorough cleaning.
4. Check the Paper Path
- Open the rear access or any other accessible panel to inspect the paper path.
- Look for any obstructions or misaligned parts.
5. Test with a Different Paper Pack
- Replace the current paper with a new pack to rule out defective or curled sheets.
- Ensure the paper is not bent, creased, or sticking together.
6. Update the Firmware
- Connect the Sprocket Studio to your mobile device and open the HP Sprocket app.
- Check for firmware updates in the app and install any available updates.
7. Reset the Printer
- Turn off the printer and unplug it for 60 seconds.
- Plug it back in and turn it on.

I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day
